Making chocolate filled cookies is actually as simple as a cookie recipe. But of course, thanks to De Lucca, its flavor better than ever!

The most basic thing you will need for this recipe and the thing that will add the most flavor to our cookies is De Lucca Hazelnut Spread. First, we open the De Lucca Hazelnut Spread and shape them like small balls on the tray with the help of a tablespoon. Flatten the top of the with the help of a fork or spoon so that the cookies can be put inside more easily. Put the chocolate balls in the freezer for a few hours and wait for them to freeze. You can make the cookie dough with either chocolate or vanilla. In order to make the taste of De Lucca Hazelnut Spread stand out, we preferred vanilla cookies in this recipe. You can add some chocolate chips to your cookies, depending on your preference, to sweeten them a little more.

The ingredients we need for our vanilla cookies; butter, granulated sugar, eggs, flour and vanillin at room temperature. First, we beat the butter and sugar with the help of a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved and a homogeneous mixture is obtained. At this stage, try not to wait too long and not to melt the butter. Then we slowly add eggs, flour and vanilla to our mixture and continue mixing. When it reaches the consistency of a soft dough, we make small circles with our hands. Make sure that the dough circles you make are slightly larger in size than the chocolate balls we left to cool in the freezer, and double in number. At the last stage, put the frozen chocolate balls you made with De Lucca Hazelnut Spread between two cookie dough circles, as if you were making a hamburger with chocolate balls… Press the dough around the chocolate balls with your fingers so that the chocolate is not visible at all, and make sure that it does not open while cooking. After you put all of your chocolate balls in the cookie dough, you can put them on the baking tray and leave them in the oven to bake. After your cookies are cooked, cool them a little at room temperature and finally enjoy them!
